This Cancellation Policy governs all orders placed on the VEnhance website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at [your email] with the order number.

Once cancellation is confirmed, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds will be initiated withinΒ 5β7 business days.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery for eligible returns.
2. Prepaid Orders
All prepaid payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

If cancelled before dispatch, the full order value (excluding non-refundable charges, if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund timelines depend on banking and payment provider processing cycles.

VEnhance shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If a customer repeatedly cancels COD orders, VEnhance reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for that customer in future purchases.
4. Cancellation by VEnhance
VEnhance reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or unavailable.

Pricing errors or technical errors on the website.

Payment authorization failure.

Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or bulk purchasing activity.

Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address.
In such cases, prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded as per Razorpayβs settlement cycle.
6. Policy Abuse
VEnhance reserves the right to:
