Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the VEnhance website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds shall be processed only under the following circumstances:

The product has been returned in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

The returned product has been received at our warehouse.

The product passes our internal quality inspection.
VEnhance reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request that does not comply with our policies.
2. Refund Method
2.1 Prepaid Orders
All prepaid transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallet).

Refund initiation timeline: 5–7 business days from approval date.

Final credit timeline is subject to the policies of the issuing bank or payment provider.

VEnhance shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders shall be issued exclusively as VEnhance Store Credit (Wallet Credit).

Store credit is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be converted into cash.

Store credit can be used only for purchases made on the VEnhance website.
-
Store credit validity (if applicable) shall be governed by company policy.
3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

If cancelled before shipment, prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
If a prepaid transaction is successfully completed but the order is not confirmed due to technical issues, the amount shall be automatically refunded by Razorpay as per their standard settlement cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Amounts
The following shall not be eligible for refund:

Original shipping charges (unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect).

Reverse pickup charges (where applicable).

Convenience fees, COD charges, or platform fees, if any.
-
Gift cards, promotional credits, or wallet credits.
5. Partial Refunds
VEnhance reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:

The returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags.
-
The product is returned in a condition different from when shipped.
The refund amount in such cases shall be determined after inspection.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
-
An unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for claim validation.
-
Failure to provide evidence within the specified time may result in claim rejection.
If approved, refund or replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
7. Excessive Returns & Abuse
VEnhance reserves the right to:

Deduct a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 from the refund amount.
-
Restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) services for customers exhibiting excessive return behavior.
-
Refuse future orders in cases of policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In case of payment disputes or chargebacks initiated with the issuing bank:

VEnhance reserves the right to submit transaction evidence to Razorpay and the relevant financial institution.

Customers found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from placing future orders.
9. Force Majeure
VEnhance shall not be liable for delays or failure in refund processing due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to banking delays, payment gateway downtime, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
