Returns

Return Window: Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Refunds:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD orders will receive refunds in the VEnhance Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Valid for size exchanges or replacement of defective/damaged products.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged / Incorrect Products

Any issue related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images for prompt assistance.
Reverse Shipping Fee

A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged in cases of excessive returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
