Return & Exchange Policy

At VEnhance, we take pride in delivering premium quality apparel. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, we are committed to ensuring a seamless resolution.

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Quality Inspection: Once received, the item will undergo a quality check prior to approval.

  • Refunds:

    • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

    • COD orders will receive refunds in the VEnhance Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Valid for size exchanges or replacement of defective/damaged products.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • Any issue related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images for prompt assistance.

Reverse Shipping Fee

  • A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged in cases of excessive returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
